RUSKIN BOND CHILDRENS OMNIBUS

Most of these stories are set in the hills, but their appeal is universal. This volume includes the ever-popular Grandfather’s Private Zoo, a favourite with generations of children; the two novellas, Angry River and The Blue Umbrella, both of which have children as Protagonists; and short stories such as ‘Cricket for the Crocodile’ and ‘Dust on the Mountain’, which chronicle small-town life in northern India. Simple and heart-warming, and written in Ruskin Bond’s witty and humourous style, these stories will enthral children and adults alike.
