Madhubun Planet Pals EVS Textbook for Class 1

The learners are naturally inclined to observe their natural and social environments. They participate in several interactions—social, with nature, living and non-living things, and relationships within families and communities. They experience emotions related to these experiences. Further, personal and cultural identities are often tied to the local environment. Thus, there is an essential need, especially for the learners, to understand their environment.

Planet Pals: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Understanding the World Around Us is a series of five books for grades 1 to 5. These books fully comply with the tenets of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational (NCF-FS 2022) and School Education (NCFSE 2023).

This series follows the five-step learning process called Panchpadi as laid out in the NCF-FS 2022 and NCFSE 2023.
