Kannada Literature is more than 2000 years old. Since then it has grown widely and broadly subsuming from culture and heritage of the other languages. With this background Kannada Ratna textbooks have been designed. The content is interesting with varied formats—stories, poems, travelogue, dialogue, drama, history, science, biography, colourful pictures and artworks. Besides this, scientifically designed activities are given which have both entertainment and learning values.
