The Well-being series is a course with a holistic approach to the learner’s health and well-being, supporting life transitions, developing SEEK (Socio-emotional Ecological Knowledge), and preparing children to thrive better in life. The series helps develop skills to manage stress, strengthen resilience, build a healthy body and foster growth mindsets in children. It is a blended course with activity books for classes 1-8 that offer guidance and activities. It is accompanied by a digital platform offering extra materials for teachers. The activity books have hands-on activities to enable children to find solutions to complex issues which they may be dealing with in their everyday lives.
